Your pharmacy is more than just a business; it has the potential
for greater good, a chance to enhance your community by providing
efficient and outstanding service and professional medical advice
through the use of cutting edge technology and a country wide support
network. The “We-Care” business model is designed specifically to help Independent Pharmacy meet the challenges the new corporate pharmacy presents with their powerful network abilities, giving the Independent the upper hand in gaining customer loyalty.
24/7 HELLO DOCTOR
Hello Doctor is an initiative that allows for telephone
consultations directly with a doctor while the patient remains
in your pharmacy. This consultation is backed up by certain
information collected by either yourself or your nursing sister.
The service allows a virtual Doctor network to support your
pharmacy-based services. The opportunity allows for you to
not only keep the dispensing inside your store, but also will
help in offering more services out of your clinic
The “Hello Doctor” initiative is based on professional standards and medcial scheme requirements. Hello
Doctor currently works with 12 large medical schemes and is launching a medical TV show that will create
consumer awareness for the pharmacies supported by Hello Doctor.
We are running pilots within the We Care base currently. If you would like to be part of this pilot or would
like more information regarding the initiative, please contact any of the participating vendor call centres or
Narisha on the “We care” call centre. The pharmacy process with Hello Doctor is shown on the next page.

consultation.

In business today, good partnerships are crucial for success. It is not enough to be strong independently; we need to also draw on the strengths of those around us for ultimate survival in a tough market.
By partnering manufacturers and independent pharmacies across the country we have created a formidable opponent to the stiff corporate competition which faces us today.

Testimonials
“We Care” has really changed the way we do business. We take down our patient’s cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses. The chronic script reminders are bringing a lot of our patients back for their repeat medicine. C.J.H. Smith, Eldo Park Pharmacy
I have really noticed an increase in my sales since joining “We Care”. Our free website looks fantastic and our staff are very proud to have their photo’s up on the internet. B . Riekert, Mogwase Pharmacy
